  Ultima GTR 720  (2006 - date)

Profile

The latest 720bhp Ultima GTR is getting into the habit of shattering world records. Not only has it dipped below the magic 10 sec standing quarter mile with a time of 9.9sec @143mph, but it has also obliterated the 0-100mph-0 world record with a run of 9.4sec (half a second quicker than a Veyron) not to mention a 30-70mph time of 1.8sec!

This most powerful version uses a Chevrolet V8 mated to a Porsche gearbox and transaxle. The car is available either as a self build kit car or a fully built turnkey solution. Quality is reasonable but don't expect mainstream levels of comfort as the GTR is a raw road racer without abs or traction control, although aircon is an (essential) option.
